At Dharohar, we work to tirelessly deliver your order to you as soon and as safely as possible. Every item is carefully packaged and shipped through reliable courier partners to reach your doorstep in perfect condition and within the timeframe pledged. You will get an email with shipment and tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered across India with no minimum purchase.
Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 15-20 business days depending on your location.
Customizations: For customized products, please allow 23-25 business days for delivery, as each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.
Address & Delivery Instructions: Please provide us with a complete, correct and valid delivery address with the correct pin code. We will not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Delays & Liabilities: Although we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather disruption, customs delays, or courier issues) occasionally lead to delays. We request your understanding and cooperation in these instances.
No refunds can be requested for delays not under our control.
Order Handling: Once an order is placed, it cannot be combined with another order for shipping due to compliance and regulatory restrictions. The shipping charge is applied separately to each order.

Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, ensuring complete safety and data protection. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take extreme care in having every product duly described and sent to you in perfect condition. Every order is thoroughly inspected for quality check before despatch.
Please note that each sari is handloomed and therefore slight variations in weave, texture, or color are natural and part of the charm of handloom weaves.
a.Returns:
Please note that we do not accept returns on orders at this time.
b.Exchanges:
Exchange requests are only entertained in exceptional circumstances, such as getting a defective or incorrect product.
If you receive a product that qualifies under this condition, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receipt @dharohar.info.com, with proper photos of the issue.
For an exchange to be valid:
The product must be new, unused, and sent back in its original packaging, including all labels and tags.
Since we do not have reverse pick-up service, we appreciate customers returning the product to us by courier in its original packaging.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform if it is qualified for an exchange. If approved, we will proceed to replace it or exchange with a credit voucher if the product has run out of stock.
c. Exclusions:
Personalised saris are not exchangeable.
Sale or promotion items purchased cannot be exchanged.
Exchange approval is entirely at our discretion. If the returned goods do not meet the conditions, they will be dispatched back to you and future exchange requests will be declined.
Our exchange vouchers that are issued as part of exchanges are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
d.Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

When the cancellation is done, we will issue a credit voucher for the full order amount, which can be used as part of a subsequent purchase on our website.
Please note:
We do not offer a refund for cancelled orders.
Cancellation credit voucher expires within 30 days.
Orders during the sale or promotion period cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
